Gauging the in-house audience's body language is the first step. Although the topic of this course is a worth watch, I am forced to watch an unsuitable and privileged speaker.

what you said is logical, but it doesn't work like that, impossible to deliver a course AND process if others are getting what you are saying, brain can't handle it, it is like establishing a realtime connection with everyone in the audience which is gonna overload your brain and lose focus.
