Потому что идиоты. Этот курс надо проходить с практикой и ДЗ. А им хочется, чтобы в курсе им сразу в ролике показывали и примеры. Чтобы можно было просто переписать с экрана в гит и бежать показывать работодателю, мол он умеет.
