I did not find the requirements.txt file in th github - is there any one have this file to download the tools for the local env

You don't need it because the repository was recently updated. Now the study project uses ".devcontainer" that you can use in Dev Container (this way will be automatically suggested by your VSCode / Cursor IDE). After than you can start to work with "Machine Learning School" plugin (run the servers and other steps).

I am confused with the ordering of lessons, there is first Lesson 1-15 then from 16 it starts again with "Session 1 Intorduction". Where should someone start? can you fix the order if possible?

The order is correct and doesn't require any changes. The SageMaker Code Walkthroughs chapter begins with lesson 16.

Content quality looks good. It would have been superb, had he used open source tooling for ml pipelines and monitoring them.

Yes, but there's another issue - if your credit card doesn't match the region you selected (for example, if you choose Afghanistan but your card is from a different country), the payment will likely fail. Stripe is very strict about rejecting such mismatches, so simply using a VPN (like setting your location to Afghanistan or any other country) won’t work - the payment still won’t go through.

Edit: We still can try - I’m not ruling out the possibility of success. But paying the full $400 is a guaranteed way to make it work.
